We have several good ideas for the telegram @bitcoin handle, everything from a bitcoin developer news feed (the admins of this channel are some of the largest names in the industry) to dapps. The telegram blockchain is due to be released soon so its smarter to wait & see what developer functions are available for us. We dont want to run the risk of developing an application telegram offers or becoming superceded with newer functionality. Our primary goal is to build an application (more likely) or information source by the community for the community that compliments both #bitcoin & #telegram.
