Of course, China is the second worldwide economy and such growth could be caused by the Chinese authorities. Moreover, this position could provoke American industry because economical war is continuing. This is very important to be the first one at all the spheres

Such announcements could make USA approve Libra (btw, Zuckerberg promised to base Libra on USA dollars by 100%. This could cause the events’ chain on crypto industry in USA, like crypto laws and ETFs approval

However, the Chinese announcement had been published on Friday noon and the growth has started on Friday evening and Saturday night in two impulses.
Will you agree that there couldn’t be such delay as the reaction to the announcement? So we could say that the announcement wasn’t the only reason for the growth
