Job purpose:
We are looking to hire a UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for the design of human-centred products and services for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the leading tech innovation companies in the region.
This position is a permanent role with our client.
Key responsibilities:
• Gather and evaluate user requirements, translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Develop wireframes and direction for design concepts.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Adhere to design/UX best practices
• Work within tight timelines and rapidly iterate and test concepts and prototypes
• Exhibit fundamental understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
Knowledge, skills & experience:
• Higher degree in Art, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience
• Experience with review of User Interfaces, Wireframes, HTML's
• Experience with Branding, Design guidelines, Iconography, Styling, and other design elements.
• Experience with Design collaboration tools including Sketch and Invision
• Good experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Very good level of written and spoken the English language
• Self-motivated, performance and results-driven
• Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure
